Common use of Reconnection Clause in Contracts

Reconnection. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generator Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and T & D Utility 's Electric Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

Reconnection.
