Common use of Reconnection Clause in Contracts

Reconnection. If Your Service is suspended or terminated due to Your default or violation of this Agreement, We may require an additional deposit and a reconnection fee before reconnecting service. Advance payments will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If You fail to pay any amount on a subsequent ▇▇▇▇, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Such credit amounts shall not earn or accrue interest.
