Common use of Access Devices Clause in Contracts

Access Devices. An Access Device is a personal identification code such as a Personal Identification number (PIN) that provides access to a consumer’s deposit account, which may be used to initiate electronic fund transfers. We may refuse to issue an Access Device to any customer, and terminate Access Device privileges, with or without notice, unless otherwise required by law.
