USING YOUR ACCOUNT Clause Samples

The "Using Your Account" clause defines the rules and responsibilities associated with accessing and operating a user account on a service or platform. It typically outlines who may use the account, what activities are permitted or prohibited, and any requirements for maintaining account security, such as keeping login credentials confidential. This clause ensures that users understand their obligations and helps prevent unauthorized access or misuse, thereby protecting both the user and the service provider.
