Allowed Use a. Host Organization shall assemble and disassemble the Loaned Equipment in accordance with FIRST’s instructions. b. Host Organization shall package and ship the Loaned Equipment in accordance with FIRST’s instructions. c. Host Organization shall use the Loaned Equipment only for the use for which it was designed, i.e. robotics competition, at the Use Location stated above. Host Organization shall adequately monitor and supervise all such use and shall comply with any additional safety instructions provided by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ Organization shall ensure all participating team members comply with FIRST’s Safety Manual (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/resource-library/frc/safety-manual). d. Unless FIRST gives prior written permission, Host Organization shall not conduct or promote, in any way, at the event at which the Loaned Equipment is used any robotics competition that is not a FIRST program. Unless FIRST gives prior written permission, Host Organization shall not use the Loaned Equipment at any event or in any facility at which any other party is then conducting or promoting any robotics competition that is not a FIRSTprogram.

Allowed Use. Use of the Oil Terminal by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ OPERATING RESOURCES shall be limited to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ OPERATING RESOURCES receipt, storage, processing and dispensing of Oil only in direct relationship to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ OPERATING RESOURCES own oil distribution business. Any other use, without first obtaining the written consent of SPRAGUE HOLDINGS, is prohibited. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ OPERATING RESOURCES use of the Oil Terminal will be in accordance with sound petroleum industry standards as in effect from time to time.

Allowed Use. You agree to: ▪ use your Account only for lawful purposes; ▪ use your Account for only personal, family, household, or charitable purposes; and ▪ repay us for all costs related to uses not allowed under this Agreement. You are not allowed to use your Account: ▪ to make payments to this Card or any other loan payments to us or our affiliates; or ▪ for internet gambling as we are required to comply with prohibitions of the federal Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, by preventing any credit card transaction from being made for the purpose of unlawful Internet gambling; or ▪ to conduct transactions in any country or territory, or with any individual or entity that is subject to economic sanctions administered and enforced by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Use of your account in those countries will be blocked; or ▪ for commercial or business purposes. You will take reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorized use of your Card and Account. If you have given someone permission to use the Card, this is not unauthorized use and you will be liable for all use by that person.

Allowed Use. The Premises shall be used and occupied only for the Allowed Use and for no other purpose without prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld or conditioned as Landlord deem appropriate within its sole, unrestricted discretion. The designation of Tenant's Allowed Use shall not be deemed to be an agreement by Landlord to refrain from leasing other property to others for a similar use.

Allowed Use. You agree to: • use your Account only for lawful purposes; • use your Account for only personal, family, household, or charitable purposes; and • repay us for all costs related to uses not allowed under this Agreement. You are not allowed to use your Account: • to make payments to this credit Card or any other loan payments to us or our affiliates; or • for internet gambling. You will take reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorized use of your Card and Account. If you have given someone permission to use the Card, this is not unauthorized use and you will be liable for all use by that person. At times we may: • decline a transaction if there is not enough available credit and for any other reason; and/or • require our Authorization before allowing a transaction. A merchant may check your ID. We are not liable if: • a merchant refuses your Card; and/or • we do not complete your transaction for any reason. When we first send your Card, we will tell you: • the total credit limit on your Account; and • the portion of this limit you can use for cash advances. If a cash advance limit is not shown on your billing statement, it means your total credit limit is available for cash advances. We may change these limits from time to time. Whenever this occurs, we will notify you: • on your billing statement; and/or • by sending a notice. You agree to: • keep your Account balance (which includes Interest and other charges) within your credit limit; and • immediately pay any over limit amount that might occur. Your available credit may not reflect your payments for up to 14 days. If a transaction exceeds your available credit, we may decline it.

Allowed Use. SCIOS NOVA acknowledges and agrees that BC shall be free to: • Manufacture any compound other than a BNP COMPOUND at any time using the BC KNOWHOW and/or BC PATENT RIGHTS, if such manufacture can be done without infringing or using any of the SCIOS NOVA PATENT RIGHTS or SCIOS NOVA KNOWHOW falling within the scope of Article 12; • Manufacture a BNP COMPOUND for itself or third parties following any termination of this Agreement to the extent such manufacture will not infringe SCIOS NOVA PATENT RIGHTS or SCIOS NOVA KNOWHOW being covered by Article 12. The foregoing shall not be deemed to grant BC any right in the continued use of SCIOS NOVA KNOWHOW or SCIOS NOVA PATENT RIGHTS after the term of this Agreement.

Allowed Use a. Licensee desires rights to occupy and use various sites (“Network Facility Sites”) that are located on real property owned by the City or under the City’s management or control ("City Property"). This Master Agreement is not an agreement to license any particular Network Facilities Sites. Pursuant to individual Network Facility Site Licenses (defined below in Sec. 2.c.), Licensee shall be granted rights to exclusive use of designated Network Facility Sites and non-exclusive utility, pedestrian, and vehicular access rights to the City Property for the limited purpose of installation, operation, and maintenance of Licensee's structures housing network equipment and facilities ("Network Facility" or “Network Facilities”) solely as a part of Licensee's network and for no other uses except with City’s prior express written approval. The construction of each Network Facility will be in accordance with the specifications described in the corresponding Network Facility Site License exhibit executed and attached to this Agreement, which may be amended only by mutual written agreement of the parties. In the event any term or condition of a Network Facility Site License exhibit conflicts with this Master Agreement, the term or condition of the Network Facility Site License exhibit will control. b. Licensee shall have the right to improve the City Property and the Network Facility Site as necessary for the Network Facility as specified in the corresponding Network Facility Site License exhibit. However, other than the installation of the Network Facilities themselves, no buildings, structures or multi-story improvements may be altered or constructed on City Property without prior written approval of the City. Licensee shall be responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all City building and safety, zoning, planning and other requirements. c. All personal property, including but not limited to furniture, brought onto any City Property by Licensee shall be owned by Licensee, and removed at the Licensee’s expense at the earlier of the expiration or termination of the Network Facility Site License or this Agreement. All improvements that are attached to or made upon the City Property, including but not limited to asphalt, striping, curbs, gutters, drainage facilities, sidewalks, lighting and landscaping at the expiration or termination of this Agreement shall, at the City’s option, either become part of the City Property or be removed at the Licensee’s expense. Allowed Use. You may use your Account for only lawful personal, family, or other household purposes. You may use your Account only to purchase goods or services from participating merchants (each a “Purchase”) up to the credit limit we establish for you (“Credit Limit”). We are not liable for failure or refusal of a participating merchant to honor your Account. For your convenience, we may provide you with certain materials in both the Spanish and English languages. You agree that, to the greatest extent not prohibited by law, the English text will control.
