Access Period. 5.1 The Service shall be provided by Reseller to the Customer from the Commencement Date for the Access Period.
5.2 Our Agreement may be renewed for the Renewal Period, subject to approval by Reseller.
5.3 Renewal of our Agreement for the Renewal Period may involve an adjustment to the Charges as a condition of Reseller providing its consent to renewal.
Access Period. If during its first Performance Test, Unit #1 does not meet the Performance Guarantees, Seller shall be afforded sufficient access to such Unit to allow Seller to undertake corrective action. Unit #1 will be re-tested when Seller so requests, provided Seller has given forty-eight (48) hours’ written notice to Purchaser to conduct each subsequent Performance Test.

Access Period. The Access Period includes the amount of time specified on page 1 of this Agreement; provided, however, that a reasonable amount of time for set-up and clean-up will be allocated in the discretion of the Attendant on duty for the District (maximum of 1.5 hour). The doors will be unlocked at the Arrival Time and locked at the Departure Time, subject to the Attendant’s discretion regarding set-up/clean-up times. The Premises must be cleaned and vacated by the Departure Time or the entire Security Deposit will be forfeited. The Departure Time will not be later than 11:59p.m. the day of the event.
Access Period. During the period from the Effective Date until the date that is 15 days prior to the end of the Transition Period (the “Access Period”), LINN shall provide to ▇▇▇▇▇ or its designated representatives reasonable access to any LINN employee on the Available Employee List attached as Schedule 6. At any time prior to the date that is 20 days prior to the end of the Accounting Period, LINN may designate additional employees to be made available to ▇▇▇▇▇, such designation to be made in writing, in which case such individuals will be treated as ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Employees for the purpose of Section 4.2 but not Section 4.3.
Access Period. The Access Period is a duration of time under the term of this Agreement when Licensee is granted access to and Permissible Use of Data. The Access Period may be suspended as set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, however during such suspension, all other terms and conditions of this Agreement remain in effect. If the Licensee’s Access Period is suspended, Licensee may not obtain additional Data from DOL or other sources, nor may Licensee use any Personal Information it has in its possession until the suspension is lifted.
Access Period. 4.1 The Access Period shall commence on the earlier of:
4.1.1 the time that the Equipment is removed from the Equipment Location in accordance with Condition 8.2;
4.1.2 the time at which the Customer is granted Access by the Supplier to use the Equipment at the Equipment Location in accordance with Condition 8.3; or
4.1.3 the Start Date specified in the Order.
4.2 The Access Period shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the duration of the Access Period as specified in the Order (subject to any adjustments to that period in accordance with the terms of these Conditions).
4.3 The Access Period may only be amended by the written agreement of both Parties.
Access Period. (a) Unless this Agreement is sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Article 10, the “Access Period” shall mean the period that commences on the Effective Date and expires five (5) years from the Effective Date, subject to one (1) two-year extension on terms mutually agreeable to Sciona and Genaissance, including [**], which [**] shall be [**]. The Parties shall use reasonable endeavors to agree on the full and final terms of such extension.

3.2. End Date: December 31, 2022 (Agreement Term)
3.3. During the Access Period, the Participating Institutions will have access to all of the titles in the selected Catalog(s) under the terms of this Agreement. During the Access Period, Wiley will provide the Licensee and Participating Institutions with usage data as set forth in the Agreement via the Wiley Online Library Customer Administration service.
3.4. The Licensee will select and license titles from the Catalog(s) that equal or exceed the Total Minimum Commitment at the end of the Access Period. A final usage data report will be provided within the final 30 days of the formal Access Period with a proposed default list of titles based on patron usage and based on the Total Minimum Commitment.
3.5. If Licensee does not provide any alternate selection of titles by 60 days after the conclusion of the Access Period, the default usage-based selection list provided to Licensee shall become final.
