Access Procedure. In order to protect the safety of the Customer’s employees, agents or contractors and that of CBH’s employees, agents, contractors and invitees: (a) if the Customer wishes to visit a Site, then the Customer must give a minimum of 2 Business Days’ notice to the CBH Logistics Customer Service Manager stating the date the Customer wishes to attend, the identity of the Customer’s representative and the purpose of the visit; (b) CBH may, in its absolute discretion, refuse or reject any visitation request or propose alternative times and/or places for the visit; and (c) subject to clause 29.2, the Customer shall not attend at any CBH Site without receiving the prior consent of the CBH Logistics Customer Service Manager for each visit and shall not enter or stay on the Site without appropriate CBH supervision.
Access Procedure. Access to RMLS™ Listing Content shall be by such equipment and procedures as RMLS™ may prescribe by reasonable notice from time to time in its sole discretion.

Please note: a copy of an ID-document or a similar document will not be accepted and no access will be granted on this basis. Copies are not be accepted and access will not be granted without original documents. Visitors of Interconnect’s datacenters must always comply with the rules as described in “House Rules Datacenters Interconnect”.

Access Procedure. Whenever requested by Quintiles under subsection (b) or (c) above after the Effective Time, Healtheon will cooperate in good faith with Quintiles to enable Quintiles, at its cost and expense, to negotiate financial or other terms upon which the corresponding customer will agree not to include in its Transaction Business Service Agreement provisions prohibiting or limiting Healtheon's right to provide data to Quintiles in the manner or for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement; provided, however, that Healtheon shall not be obligated to take any such action prior to execution of any such agreement, nor to delay execution of any such agreement to accommodate negotiations by Quintiles with Healtheon's corresponding customer. The Access Procedure currently involves the following identification steps: the Implementation Manager providing a separate User ID directly to each User; the Implementation Manager providing a separate Token to each User where the User has to select the initial PIN; each User gaining access to the Services by logging on to the Services by: i. inputting the selected PIN to activate the Token; ii. entering their User ID in the secure login facility of the Services together with the number randomly generated by their Token in the password field; iii. depressing the ‘submit’ button, receiving a host authentication code then depressing the ‘arrow’ button on their Token to display the four digit number on the Token; iv. confirming that the second number on the Token is identical to the number displayed on the screen at which point they depress the ‘confirmation’ button visible on the screen, in order to: access, view and obtain information as may be permitted by the Bank (whether relating to an Account or otherwise); initiate but not effect, perform or dispatch, any Instruction to the Bank; and each Transaction Authorizer effecting, performing or dispatching an Instruction confirming the acceptance to effect the instruction by entering the random code provided by the Token assigned to the respective Users.
