Dissemination of Knowledge. This involves undergraduate and/or graduate teaching and may contain elements of continuing education which fall within the faculty member’s area of expertise and which have been approved by the Academic ▇▇▇▇.
(a) Faculty members have an obligation to develop and maintain their scholarly competence and effectiveness as teachers within their area of expertise, to conscientiously prepare and organize their subject matter and to revise that subject matter on a regular basis as appropriate for that subject. They shall inform their students of the methods of instruction and evaluation in their courses, giving due regard to any applicable Brescia or Western University Senate regulations in these matters.
(b) There shall be a consultation between faculty and their Chairs/Coordinators on the assignment of teaching duties. Such assignment of teaching duties will be recommended to the Academic ▇▇▇▇ for approval. Once that has been done, the Academic ▇▇▇▇ can assign teaching duties other than those recommended by the Division Chair. Once such duties have been assigned by the Academic ▇▇▇▇ in accordance with Article 20, it is the responsibility of faculty members to teach the assigned courses, and at a time and place designated or approved by appropriate University authorities and in a manner which reflects the description in the Calendar, or as approved at the appropriate level. Faculty members shall be available regularly for individual consultation with their students beyond class or laboratory hours and shall inform their students, and upon written request the Academic ▇▇▇▇, of such arrangements.
(c) Faculty members shall comply with formally approved and published procedures and deadlines concerning the reporting and reviewing of the grades of their students, and such other formally approved and published procedures and deadlines as may be reasonable and necessary for the well-ordered operation of the teaching programs of the University. For the purposes of 10.4(c) only, publication means that the procedures and deadlines have been included in a current University Calendar, or circulated to each faculty member. Faculty members shall accept reasonable responsibility for being accessible to students for informal, ad hoc academic counselling during regularly scheduled office hours or at other times as appropriate, supervision of examinations, and other related activities as may be necessary and reasonable and which are not in conflict with this Collective Agreement....
Dissemination of Knowledge. (a) A party must not publish any information relating to the Alliance, including Project Results:
(i) except in accordance with the Communications Protocol; and (ii) until: B. if the GISERA Director submits (or is required to submit) the proposed publication to the National Research Management Committee under clause 16.3(b)(ii), the publication has been approved by the National Research Management Committee in accordance with this clause 16; and ; and

Dissemination of Knowledge. 6.1 The Recipient shall make the associated genetic knowledge publicly available at no more than incremental costs of dissemination. The dissemination can be through online media, print media or delivery upon request. The recommended forums for online dissemination are the Micro B3 Information System (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇) and existing data bases and information networks such as the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF), SeaDataNet, Pangaea and the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC).
6.2 Such knowledge shall be made available as soon as possible after its generation unless otherwise specified. No embargo period is allowed for the raw ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the oceanographic data associated to the samples collected upon the Ocean Sample Days. Specifications if deemed necessary:
6.3 The Recipient shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the release of associated genetic knowledge through online media, print media or delivery upon request will be organized such that users are bound not to use the associated genetic knowledge taken from the portals for proprietary purposes unless they have obtained prior informed consent of the Provider.
6.4 Paragraphs 1-3 of this article do not apply to associated genetic knowledge used for proprietary purposes specified under articles 4.3 and 4.4.
6.5 The Recipient shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the users of knowledge accessed from the Micro B3 Information System provide to the System the knowledge from their own research in such form and format as the System will reasonably require in order to promote the objectives of the utilization for the public domain.

Dissemination of Knowledge. 5.1 The professional archaeologist is obligated ethically to write a report detailing the field methods and post field analysis, describing the site and human remains and associated artifacts in great detail, including illustrations, tables, provenience and providing an evaluation of the sites importance in Palauan history and prehistory. The professional archaeologist is further obligated to see that the final report is printed in sufficient quantities that it can be disseminated to researchers through out the Pacific and Pacific Rim.

Dissemination of Knowledge. The process of dissemination of results is the responsibility of the owner and must respect the IPR provisions in the EC Model Contract (Annex II Part C). However, dissemination cannot start until either the knowledge is protected or there is an assurance that dissemination will not affect the protection of the results. [In case of dissemination (e.g. a conference), the written agreement of the owner(s) is mandatory.] According to the EC Model Contract (Article II.34.2 of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇), the participants must disseminate their knowledge within a period of 2 years after the end of the project where such dissemination would not adversely affect use. Therefore, the use and dissemination plan must clearly cover that period continuing after the end of the project. The consortium agreement should make provisions for dealing with this in cases where the consortium’s management structure will have ended by this time.
