Access Rights by Affiliated Entities. In case an Affiliated Entity of a Party owns Background or, in accordance with Section 8.3.1, owns Results, the relevant Party shall ensure that such Affiliated Entity will grant Access Rights to such Background or Results to the other Parties, as if it were a Party to this PCA.
