Access to Contract Area. (a) Subject to law and to this Agreement, the Contractors may enter and leave the Contract Area at any time for the purposes of Petroleum Operations. (b) Except with the consent of the Ministry, the Contractors shall ensure that persons, equipment and goods do not enter the Contract Area without meeting the lawful entry requirements of Timor-Leste, and shall notify the Ministry of all persons, vessels, aircraft, vehicles and structures entering or leaving the Contract Area for the purposes of Petroleum Operations.
Access to Contract Area. Except as provided in Article 8.6, each Party shall have access, at its sole risk and expense and at all reasonable times, to the Contract Area, Platform, Development Facilities and Joint Account assets to inspect activities, operations and wells in which it participates, and to pertinent records and ▇▇▇▇. A Non-operator shall give Operator at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of the Non-operator's intention to visit the Contract Area. To protect Operator and the Non-operators from unnecessary lawsuits, claims, and legal liability, if it is necessary for a person who is not performing services for Operator directly related to the joint operations, but is performing services solely for a Non-operator or pertaining to the business or operations of a Non-operator, to visit, use, or board a rig, well, Platform, or Development Facilities subject to this Agreement, the Non-operator shall give Operator advance notice of the visit, use, or boarding, and shall secure from that person an agreement, in a form satisfactory to Operator, indemnifying and holding Operator and Non-operators harmless, or shall itself provide the same hold harmless and indemnification in favor of Operator and other Non-operators before the visit, use, or boarding.
Access to Contract Area. (a) Subject to this Contract and the Applicable Law in Timor-Leste, Contractor may enter and leave the Contract Area at any time for the purposes of Petroleum Operations. (b) Access to restricted areas shall be subject to ANPM’s prior approval and compliance with the requirements of the Applicable Law in Timor-Leste. (c) Contractor shall ensure that any Persons, aircraft, vessels, equipment and goods do not enter the Contract Area without meeting the Applicable Law in Timor-Leste’s entry requirements and obtaining ANPM’s prior approval.
Access to Contract Area. (a) Contractor shall have the right to ingress to and egress from the Contract Area, all adjacent areas and Contractor’s facilities, wherever located, at all times. (b) Nothing herein shall limit the right of the Government, its servants, employees and agents and other contractors of the Government to move freely and lay pipelines and construct other facilities, within the Contract Area or to authorise others to do so, provided such conduct does not cause undue interference with Petroleum Operations. The parties will agree reasonable procedures for notification and co- ordination of activities.

  • Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Access to Premises and Records Between the date of this Agreement ------------------------------ and the Closing Date, Seller will give Buyer and its counsel, accountants and other representatives full access during normal business hours upon reasonable notice to all the premises and books and records of the Business and to all the Assets and to the System personnel and will furnish to Buyer and such representatives all such documents, financial information, and other information regarding the Business and the Assets as Buyer from time to time reasonably may request; provided that no such investigation will affect or limit the scope of any of Seller's representations, warranties, covenants and indemnities in this Agreement or any Transaction Document or limit liability for any breach of any of the foregoing.

  • Maintaining Records; Access to Properties and Inspections Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and, upon reasonable notice, permit any representatives designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to visit and inspect the financial records and the properties of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary during normal business hours and to discuss the affairs, finances and condition of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary with the officers thereof and independent accountants therefor.
