ACCESS TO CONTRACT RECORDS. Provider shall make all Contract Records available for inspection by the Commission and its authorized representatives, designees and legal counsel. Provider shall make the same available at Provider’s principal offices in the State, at all times during normal business hours, or at other reasonable times, in each case, without charge, throughout the Term of this Agreement and thereafter. Provider shall furnish copies at no cost to the Commission when reasonably requested by the Commission. The Commission may conduct any such inspection upon forty-eight (48) hours’ prior notice, or unannounced and without prior notice where there is good faith suspicion of fraud. The right of inspection includes the right to make extracts and take notes. To avoid confusion, this Section 11.1.2 shall remain in full force and effect regardless of whether either Party or both of the Parties have invoked the Dispute Resolution Procedures under Article 20.
