Common use of Access to Employer Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Employer Premises. The Union representative may have access to Employer property where members covered by this Agreement are employed. Such access must have the approval of the Director, Employee & Labour Relations or designate, and it is of prime importance that the normal work schedule be undisturbed.
