Access to List of Certificateholders. Names and ----------------------------------------------- Addresses. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold neither any of the Servicer nor Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
