Information to Certificateholders. As soon as practicable following the eleventh calendar day of each month, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ will make available the Certificate Principal Factor (carried to eight decimal places) for each Class of Certificates after giving effect to the distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount on the following Distribution Date and any addition to the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Accrual Certificates on such Distribution Date. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae will also furnish to each Person who was a Certificateholder at any time during a calendar year such statements and information as shall be required to be furnished by the Code.

Information to Certificateholders. On or shortly after each Distribution Date, the Trustee will make available the Class Factor (carried to eight decimal places) for each Class of Certificates and the Component Factor (carried to eight decimal places) for each Component, after giving effect to the distribution of principal amounts pursuant to Section 4.2(b) for such Class during the current calendar month. The Trustee also will make available to each Certificateholder information regarding the total principal and interest paid on that Holder’s Certificate with respect to a Distribution Date. The Trustee will also furnish to each Person who was a Certificateholder at any time during a calendar year such statements and information as shall be required to be furnished by the Code. To the extent that an Underlying Trustee or any agent therefor makes periodic reports to securityholders of the Underlying REMIC Securities available on a website or through similar electronic means of delivery or access, but requires a password or other identification showing that a party attempting to access or received such reports is a securityholder, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ shall instruct such Underlying Trustee or agent to give the Certificate Insurer direct access to such web sites as though the Certificate Insurer were a securityholder and otherwise to take such measures as may be reasonably required to cause such Underlying Trustee or agent to recognize the Certificate Insurer as having the benefit of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae’s rights as a securityholder to access or receive such information. To the extent that any Underlying Trustee ceases to make such reports available on a website or blocks access by the Certificate Insurer or to the extent such reports or other information are provided from time to time to securityholders in a format which does not permit direct access by the Certificate Insurer, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and the Certificate Insurer will cooperate in good faith to make access to such reports or information available to the Certificate Insurer.
