Access to Operations Support Systems Functions Clause Samples

The 'Access to Operations Support Systems Functions' clause grants one party the right to use or interface with the operational support systems (OSS) of another party, typically in a telecommunications or IT services context. This access may include functions such as order processing, service provisioning, fault management, or billing, and is often provided through specific interfaces or portals. By enabling such access, the clause ensures efficient coordination and integration between service providers, streamlining operations and reducing delays or errors in service management.
