ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS. 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Cellutell Communications, Inc. access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.
