ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS. 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Freedom nondiscriminatory access to its OSS and the necessary information contained therein in order that Freedom can perform the functions of pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Freedom to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Freedom’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web site and are incorporated herein by reference. 2.1.1 Freedom agrees to comply with the provisions of the Operations Support Systems (OSS) Interconnection Volume Guidelines as set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web site, and incorporated herein by reference as amended from time to time.
