Common use of Access to Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Access to Policies and Procedures. In connection with the Fund’s obligations under Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, PFPC Trust shall (i) provide, via internet access, PFPC Trust’s policies and procedures related to the services that PFPC Trust is required to perform pursuant to this Agreement and summaries thereof, (ii) provide e-mail notification of updates to such policies and procedures, and (iii) upon request provide quarterly certifications with respect to such policies and procedures.
