Description of Services. (a) Services provided on an ongoing basis, if applicable:
(i) Calculate 12b-1 payments to financial intermediaries, including brokers, and financial intermediary trail commissions;

(x) Provide toll-free lines for direct Shareholder use, plus customer liaison staff for on-line inquiry response;
(xi) As requested by a Fund by Written Instruction, send duplicate confirmations to broker-dealers of their clients’ activity, whether executed through the broker-dealer or directly with Transfer Agent;
(xii) Provide periodic Shareholder lists, outstanding Share and Class calculations and related statistics to the Fund;
(xiii) Provide detailed data for underwriter/broker confirmations;
(xiv) Prepare and mail required calendar and taxable year-end tax and statement information (including forms 1099-DIV and 1099-B and accompanying statements) to Shareholder accounts disclosed on its books and records;
(xv) Notify on a daily basis the investment adviser, accounting agent, and Custodian of fund activity;
(xvi) Withhold taxes for U.S. resident and non-resident aliens, where applicable;
(xvii) Maintain and process letters of accumulation and automatic investment plans;
(xviii) Serve as custodian and/or trustee to retirement plans, individual retirement accounts and similar accounts;

We have partnered with the Zelle Network® (“Zelle®”) to enable a convenient way to transfer money between you and other Users using aliases, such as email addresses or mobile phone numbers (“Zelle® Payment Service,” as further described below). Zelle® provides no deposit account or other financial services. Zelle® neither transfers nor moves money. You may not establish a financial account with Zelle® of any kind. All money will be transmitted by a Network Financial Institution. THE ZELLE® PAYMENT SERVICE IS INTENDED TO SEND MONEY TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND OTHERS YOU TRUST. Third, outside Zelle®, we enable you to establish a recurring series of payments to a payment recipient for which processing shall be initiated on dates you specify. These three payment services and any other payment services that we provide under these Zelle® and Other Payment Terms are referred to as “Other Payment Services” in these Zelle® and Other Payment Terms.
