The 'Access to Service Site' clause defines the conditions under which one party is permitted to enter or use a specific location to perform services. Access to Service Site. In order to install, remove, test, maintain, operate, troubleshoot and otherwise provide your Services, Astound will need to access your service site. If your service site is part of a larger complex, Astound may also need to access portions of the larger complex (such as the telco closet or MPOE room) in order to install and provide your Services. Astound will need to install and leave in place within your service site and/or within portions of the larger complex of which your service site is a part certain networking equipment, cabling and related facilities belonging to Astound (collectively, the “Astound Equipment”). You grant Astound the right to enter onto and access your service site as and to the extent reasonably necessary for Astound to install, remove, test, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade the Astound Equipment and provide your Services. You understand and agree that Astound may need to drill holes in walls or other similar activities in connection with installing the Astound Equipment.
Access to Service Site. The Customer is responsible for providing Ica Microsystems INC and its employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents and representatives with access to cables, termination panels and any other equipment located on private property. Service(s) outage time shall not include any time that Ica Microsystems INC or its employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents and representatives are delayed by the Customer in gaining such access.

You understand and agree that Grande may need to drill holes in walls or other similar activities in connection with installing the Grande Equipment.

Service(s) outage time shall not include any time that IT PILOTS or its employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents and representatives are delayed by the Customer in gaining such access.

RCN will need to install and leave in place within your service site and/or within portions of the larger complex of which your service site is a part certain networking equipment, cabling and related facilities belonging to RCN (collectively, the “RCN Equipment”). You grant RCN the right to enter onto and access your service site as and to the extent reasonably necessary for RCN to install, remove, test, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade the RCN Equipment and provide your Services. You understand and agree that RCN may need to drill holes in walls or other similar activities in connection with installing the RCN Equipment.

Related to Access to Service Site

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Access to Data Operator shall make Data in the possession of the Operator available to the LEA within five (5) business days of a request by the LEA.
