Access to standards Sample Clauses

The 'Access to standards' clause defines the rights and procedures for parties to obtain and review relevant industry or technical standards referenced in the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the party providing goods or services must supply copies of applicable standards, or if the receiving party is responsible for acquiring them independently. For example, it may require the supplier to make standards available upon request or clarify that only publicly available standards are referenced. The core function of this clause is to ensure all parties have clear and practical access to the standards governing their obligations, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes over compliance requirements.
