Access to Storage Clause Samples

The "Access to Storage" clause defines the rights and procedures for parties to enter and use storage facilities covered by the agreement. Typically, it outlines who may access the storage area, under what conditions, and during which hours, and may require advance notice or supervision during visits. This clause ensures that both parties understand and agree on the terms of access, thereby preventing unauthorized entry, protecting stored goods, and minimizing disputes over storage use.
