ACCESS TO THE EVENT. The Beneficiaries must present their parking ticket, included in the Hospitality Packs, to the security service present at the entrance to the corresponding car park. The Beneficiaries may only enter the 24 Hours of Le Mans Circuit at the time of the Event if they have the access ticket included in the Hospitality Packs.
ACCESS TO THE EVENT. Subject to terms and conditions hereof, your Badge provides you with access to the Event, but cannot guarantee admission to every section and/or activity of the Event. Your access to the Event is conditional on your compliance with these Terms, the Participant Code of Conduct, and all applicable laws and regulations, including public health orders and other requirements, which may require the provision of proof of adequate immunization against COVID-19. Event admission is subject to venue capacity and age restrictions in compliance with federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. Age restrictions and capacity are specific to each space within the Event venue. The spaces within the Event venue may each have their own restrictions limiting entry with certain food, beverages, or other items such as chairs.
ACCESS TO THE EVENT. 2.1. Access of the Participant’s representatives to the Event during the Event Holding Period is granted by Participant’s passes. 2.2. Access of visitors to the Event is granted by admission tickets, provided by the Organiser (which includes tickets provided by the Organiser for a fee set by the Organiser, and also provided by the Organiser in the course of marketing activities held by the Organiser).
ACCESS TO THE EVENT. 4.10.1. The ORGANIZER shall have the right to freely determine which service providers and visitors it admits to the EVENT in accordance with the AGREEMENT. 4.10.2. However, after consultation with the ORGANIZER and in the absence of an appropriate and timely response by the ORGANIZER, EASYFAIRS BELGIUM reserves the right to prohibit access to the EVENT to visitors whose purpose of visit has no connection whatsoever with the EVENT as defined in the AGREEMENT. Neither the ORGANIZER nor the (legal) persons concerned shall be entitled to any compensation on the assumption that EASYFAIRS BELGIUM would have exercised the aforementioned right. 4.10.3. The ORGANIZER hereby and hereon shall make its case to the service providers and visitors to whom it shall communicate this condition. The ORGANIZER, the service providers and visitors shall be free to provide proof to the contrary if he considers that EASYFAIRS BELGIUM makes an incorrect decision in this regard. 4.10.4. The ORGANIZER shall determine which visitors he will allow into the EVENT. With the exception of recognised assistance dogs for persons with disabilities and animals intended to be shown during the EVENT, animals shall not be admitted to the BUILDING, unless the ORGANIZER decides otherwise and subject to compliance with the legal possibilities and restrictions and after mutual consultation with EASYFAIRS BELGIUM. 4.10.5. The ORGANIZER is aware that the rules of internal order for visitors can be found on the website of the relevant BUILDING and will take the necessary steps to communicate these rules to the visitors before their entry into the EVENT. 4.10.6. The ORGANIZER shall have to grant free access to the EVENT to all employees of EASYFAIRS BELGIUM as well as to the concessionaires and subcontractors of EASYFAIRS BELGIUM. 4.10.7. The ORGANIZER also undertakes to issue a minimum of 100 entry tickets to EASYFAIRS BELGIUM allowing free access to the EVENT. This issue must take place at least 30 days before the start of the EVENT.
ACCESS TO THE EVENT. To register for the Event, you must complete the Event registration process and pay any registration fee. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. FPRF reserves the right, in its sole discretion to deny access to any entity or individual. FPRF may make the Event available in an in-person format, a virtual format, or a hybrid of both in-person and virtual. FPRF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine how to make the Event available to you and may change such Event format at any time, with notice to you.

  • Access to the Site 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.

  • Access to the Service Subject to Subscriber’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Inriver hereby grants to Subscriber the right to access and use the Service and the Documentation for the internal business purposes for such Business Units as specified in an Order Form on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis in accordance with the scope identified in an Order Form. Inriver will provide Subscriber with a primary administrator Account for managing and granting access to its Authorized Users and Subscriber is responsible for activating them. Subscriber hereby instructs Inriver to grant the Subscriber’s implementing partner access to Subscriber’s environment for the Service. If an implementing partner no longer shall have access to the Service, Subscriber shall notify Inriver of this and Inriver will remove such access.

  • Access to the Property 1. We and our representatives shall only have access to the Property during the Vendor's normal business hours upon reasonable notice to the Vendor, at our sole risk and expense. Such site visits shall be conducted in the presence of a representative of the Vendor, in a manner that minimizes interference with the use of the Property and does not contravene any leases or unreasonably interfere with any Tenants. We and our representatives shall not have any communications with Tenants or their employees without the prior written approval of the Vendor and in the presence of a representative of the Vendor.

  • Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.
