Access to Third Party Contract Records. The Indian Tribe agrees to require its third party contractors and third party subcontractors, at as many tiers as required, to provide to the U.S. Secretary of Transportation and the Comptroller General of the United States or their duly authorized representatives, access to all third party contract records to the extent required by 49 U.S.C. § 5325(g). The Indian Tribe also agrees to require its third party contractors and third party subcontractors at each tier, to provide sufficient access to third party procurement records as needed for compliance with Federal regulations or to assure proper management of the Tribal Transit Project as determined by FTA.
