Access to Town Premises. 3.8.1 The Officers and agents of CSEA shall have the right to visit the Town's facilities for the purpose of adjusting grievances and administering the terms of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. 3.8.2 The Town recognizes the rights of the employees to designate representatives of the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., to appear on their behalf to discuss salaries, working conditions, grievances and disputes as to the terms and conditions of this Collective Bargaining Agreement and to visit employees during working hours for the purpose of conducting union business provided it does not unduly interfere with normal operations. The representative shall give prior notice of the visit to the appropriate Department Head. Such employee representative shall also be permitted to appear at public hearings before the legislative body upon the request of the employees.
