Common use of Access to Trust Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Trust Records. The Trust will maintain records and documents relating to its performance under this Agreement according to its customary business practices. Upon reasonable request not more than once during any calendar year, and with reasonable notice, the Trust will give the Administrator (or its representatives) access to the records and documents to conduct a review of the Trust. Any access or review will be conducted at the Trust’s offices during its normal business hours at a time reasonably convenient to the Trust and in a manner that will minimize disruption to its business operations. Any access or review will be subject to the Trust’s security, confidentiality and privacy policies and any legal, regulatory and data protection policies.
