ACCESS TO WORKSITE. Representatives of the Union, authorized by the Local Union, shall have the right to transact Union business on school property and utilize district facilities for Union business at no cost to the Union provided that such activities do not interfere with scheduled activities or teacher duties as outlined in this Agreement. The representative of the Union authorized by the Local Union shall inform the school office when they arrive at the facility.
ACCESS TO WORKSITE. 9.4.1 Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on school property during regular school business hours provided that such activities or use do not interfere with classroom instruction or interrupt normal operations.

ACCESS TO WORKSITE. 1. The Local's School Representative, elected in accordance with Local Association procedures, shall have the right to convene Local meetings in the school to conduct Local business by following the District's usual "booking" practices. 2. Representatives of the Local and the BCTF shall have the right to access the worksite to transact Local business.
ACCESS TO WORKSITE. 1. Authorized representatives of the Union shall have the right to access the work site to transact Union business. 2. Such access shall not disrupt school business, except in emergent circumstances, nor be arbitrarily denied. 3. The usual school visiting procedures shall be followed.

ACCESS TO WORKSITE. School facilities and equipment shall be made available to the RTA for meetings and other RTA activities provided normal booking requirements are met and normal booking procedures are used. Any costs incurred by the Board shall be paid by the RTA.
ACCESS TO WORKSITE a. Representatives of the Surrey Teachers’ Association and the BCTF shall have access to the worksite to transact Surrey Teachers’ Association business. Such access will not normally interfere with instructional duties. b. When requested to meet with an Surrey Teachers’ Association representative who is processing a grievance, whether formally or informally, a Principal / Vice Principal shall meet with the Surrey Teachers’ Association representative as soon as is reasonably possible.
