Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy Emergency chooses to subtend a Frontier Verizon access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇Tandem then Emergency’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy Emergency to subtend the same Frontier Verizon access Tandem that a Frontier Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy Emergency shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Tandem transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyEmergency’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Emergency utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyEmergency’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which that is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy DISH Wireless utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyDISH Wireless’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which that is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy iNetworks utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Reseller Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow Onvoy’s iNetworks’ Reseller Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy API utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyAPI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy New Horizons utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyNew Horizons’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy Carrier chooses to have its NPA/NXX Code subtend a Frontier access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy Carrier to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERGthat Frontier has associated with such Frontier access Tandem. 9.2.2 Onvoy Carrier shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyCarrier’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy ADSC chooses to have its NPA/NXX Code subtend a Frontier access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇ADSC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy ADSC to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERGthat Frontier has associated with such Frontier access Tandem. 9.2.2 Onvoy ADSC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyADSC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy ADSC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyADSC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Voxbeam utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyVoxbeam’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy MLTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyMLTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy BullsEye chooses to subtend a Frontier Verizon access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇BullsEye’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy BullsEye to subtend the same Frontier Verizon access Tandem that a Frontier Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy BullsEye shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyBullsEye’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy BullsEye utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Tandem Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyBullsEye’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy ▇▇▇▇ Tell chooses to subtend a Frontier access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy ▇▇▇▇ Tell to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy ▇▇▇▇ Tell shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from Onvoy▇▇▇▇ Tell ’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy ▇▇▇▇ Tell utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow Onvoy▇▇▇▇ Tell ’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy Shelcomm chooses to have its NPA/NXX Code subtend a Frontier Verizon access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇Shelcomm’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy Shelcomm to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERGthat Verizon has associated with such Verizon access Tandem. 9.2.2 Onvoy Shelcomm shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyShelcomm’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Shelcomm utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyShelcomm’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy DNA chooses to subtend a Frontier Verizon access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇DNA’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy DNA to subtend the same Frontier Verizon access Tandem that a Frontier Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy DNA shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyDNA’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy INA chooses to subtend a Frontier access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇INA’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy INA to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy INA shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyINA’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy INA utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyINA’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy CCES chooses to subtend a Frontier access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇CCES’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy CCES to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy CCES shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyCCES’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy CCES utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyCCES’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy chooses to have its NPA/NXX Code subtend a Frontier Verizon access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇Onvoy’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERGthat Verizon has associated with such Verizon access Tandem. 9.2.2 Onvoy shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from Onvoy’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Marathon utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyMarathon’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy Airespring chooses to have its NPA/NXX Code subtend a Frontier Verizon access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy Airespring to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERGthat Verizon has associated with such Verizon access Tandem. 9.2.2 Onvoy Airespring shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyAirespring’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Airespring utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyAirespring’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy Advent chooses to subtend a Frontier Verizon access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇Advent’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy Advent to subtend the same Frontier Verizon access Tandem that a Frontier Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy Advent shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoyAdvent’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Advent utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyAdvent’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy WVN utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyWVN’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture. 9.2.1 If Onvoy Spectrotel chooses to subtend a Frontier access Tandem, ▇▇▇▇▇Spectrotel’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by Onvoy Spectrotel to subtend the same Frontier access Tandem that a Frontier NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 Onvoy Spectrotel shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from OnvoySpectrotel’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Spectrotel utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoySpectrotel’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Ednetics utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyEdnetics’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy DS Lnet utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyDSLnet’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Futiva utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyFutiva’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy TCG utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyTCG ’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy Neutral Tandem utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyNeutral Tandem’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier Verizon access Tandem.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office Onvoy QCC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Frontier utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow OnvoyQCC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Frontier access Tandem.
