Accidental Damage Sample Clauses
The Accidental Damage clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to unintentional harm or destruction of property covered under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes accidental damage, who is liable for repair or replacement costs, and any exclusions or limitations, such as damage caused by negligence or intentional acts. Its core function is to allocate risk and clarify financial responsibility in the event of unforeseen, unintentional incidents, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their obligations.
