Accommodation While on Distant Location. When housed overnight or longer on a location outside of the Studio Zone, the Employee shall receive all necessary lodging expenses (lodging to be single occupancy equal to the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) quality standards where reasonably available) plus per diem and approved transportation expenses, to, from, and while on the job.
Accommodation While on Distant Location. Employees required to remain overnight on a Distant Location will be provided with single occupancy equal to the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) quality standards when reasonably available by the Employer. In cases where there is lack of proper accommodations the Employer will give serious consideration to transporting individuals to nearby locations that do have proper accommodations, within a thirty (30) minute drive. The Employee shall receive all necessary lodging expenses plus per diem and approved transport expenses to, from, and while on the job.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support.   • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.
