Account Administration. If Customer orders a minimum quantity of 5 Membership Subscriptions of the same type for a term of at least one year, Customer will obtain access to user account administration tools. During any such Membership Subscription term, Customer may reassign user accounts to different individuals for a number of times limited to 10% of the quantity of licensed users per year.
