Project Administration. The Technical Contact (as set forth in the Statement of Work) for the Customer shall provide MyEcheck all assistance and guidance reasonably requested by MyEcheck for the performance of the Consulting Services. Customer acknowledges that the timely performance of the Consulting Services is dependent both on reasonable access to and assistance by Customer, including the Customer Technical Contact. MyEcheck acknowledges that the success of Customer's business shall depend on MyEcheck's ability to provide the Consulting Services on a timely basis in accordance with the dates specified by Customer, and shall use all reasonable efforts to complete all Services efficiently and on or ahead of schedule

Project Administration. Certain types of work and services shall be provided by the State on this project as requested by the Agency and described in the Type of Work above. In addition, the State will furnish qualified personnel for the supervision and inspection of the work in progress. On Local Agency advertised and awarded projects, the supervision and inspection shall be limited to ensuring all work is in conformance with approved plans, specifications, and federal aid requirements. The salary of such engineer or other supervisor and all other salaries and costs incurred by State forces upon the project will be considered a cost thereof. All costs related to this project incurred by employees of the State in the customary manner on highway payrolls and vouchers shall be charged as costs of the project.

Project Administration. The VRE Project Manager will be the point of contact for all aspects of the Contract. The VRE Project Manager will conduct ongoing reviews of the Contractor’s progress in performing the work and will furnish comments in a timely manner. All communications to other agencies shall be through the VRE Project Manager, unless directed otherwise.

Project Administration. 1. If GRANT MONIES are advanced for DEVELOPMENT projects, the advanced funds shall be placed in an interest bearing account until expended. Interest earned on the advanced funds shall be used on the project as approved by the STATE. If grant monies are advanced and not expended, the unused portion of the grant and any interest earned shall be returned to the STATE within 60 days after project completion or end of the Grant Performance Period, whichever is earlier. 2. The GRANTEE shall submit written project status reports within 30 calendar days after the STATE has made such a request. In any event, the GRANTEE shall provide the STATE a report showing total final project expenditures within 60 days of project completion or the end of the grant performance period, whichever is earlier. The Grant Performance Period is identified in Section I of this CONTRACT. 3. The GRANTEE shall make property or facilities acquired and/or developed pursuant to this contract available for inspection upon request by the STATE.

Project Administration. The Consultant shall consult with the Owner and BGS as necessary, research applicable design criteria, attend project meetings, communicate with members of the project team and issue progress reports. The Consultant shall assist the Owner in filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the project which includes the Consultant attending up to two planning board meetings. The Consultant shall arrange for approvals from the Office of State Fire Marshal on behalf of the Owner. The Consultant shall coordinate the services provided by the Consultant and their Subconsultants with those services provided by the Owner and the Owner’s other consultants. The Consultant shall recommend updates to the Project Schedule as necessary to reflect changes in time or duration of services provided by the Consultant or items required of the Owner. The Consultant shall submit design documents to the Owner for purposes of evaluation and approval at intervals appropriate to the design process and consistent with the Project Schedule, Requirements and Budget. The Consultant shall proceed to subsequent phases only after explicit approval by the Owner. The Consultant shall rely on written commentary and approvals received from the Owner in the further development of the design. The Consultant shall provide the Owner Record Drawings showing all revisions made during construction. There shall not be any additional costs to the Owner for these modifications to the Drawings. The Consultant shall preside at design phase meetings, the pre-bid and pre-construction conferences, and monthly construction pay application meetings and provide minutes of those meetings to the Owner and other attendees.

Project Administration. The Parties agree that the Project as described in Exhibit A shall not be altered without a written amendment to this Agreement, signed by both the County and the Grantee. Grantee shall provide written reports to the County’s authorized representative in accordance with Exhibit B.

Project Administration a. GRANTEE shall provide the STATE a written report showing total final Project expenditures and matching funds upon Project completion or grant expiration, whichever occurs first. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must report to the STATE all sources of other funds for the Project. If this provision is deemed to be violated, the STATE will request an audit of GRANTEE and can delay the disbursement of funds until the matter is resolved. b. GRANTEE shall promptly submit written Project reports as the STATE may request throughout the term of this Agreement. c. GRANTEE shall submit a final accomplishment report, final invoice with associated supporting documentation, and copies of materials developed using GRANT FUNDS, including but not limited to plans, educational materials, etc. within 30 days of Project completion.

Licensee acknowledges that the timely performance of the Services is dependent both on reasonable access to and assistance by Licensee, including the Licensee Technical Contact. MyECheck acknowledges that the success of Licensee's business shall depend on MyECheck's ability to provided the Services on a timely basis in accordance with the dates specified by Licensee, and shall use all reasonable efforts to complete all Services efficiently and on or ahead of schedule

Project Administration. The Provider shall provide project administration for all its subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the Contractor, A/E and ODR including integration with the A&M System’s project management and building information modeling systems as outlined in the Pre-construction Conference.
