Common use of Account Credentials Clause in Contracts

Account Credentials. 3.1 When you first access the Trading Platform you will be asked to enter your Account Credentials to access the Trading Platform, which are confidential and shall be used solely by you. 3.2 You: 3.2.1 are responsible for ensuring that your Account Credentials remain confidential and for taking such other precautions as may be necessary to ensure they cannot be used by any person other than you; and 3.2.2 must notify us immediately if you become aware that your Account Credentials have in any way become compromised or if any third party may be able to use your Account Credentials to access the Trading Platform. 3.2.3 agree that we do not have to establish the authority of anyone quoting your account number or Account Credentials. 3.2.4 agree that the use of your Account Credentials by any third party is expressly prohibited. 3.3 If for any reason we believe that there is, or is likely to be a breach of security with the Trading Platform, we may require you to change your Account Credentials or suspend your access to the Trading Platform.
