Registration and Account Creation. 1.1 If you wish to be a member of The Exchange you will be required to register. In order to do so, you will be required to choose a password, User Id, and/or other registration information (collectively, "Registration Information"). You agree that all Registration Information provided by you will be accurate and up-to-date. If any of your Registration Information changes, you must update it by using the appropriate update mechanism on the Website. 1.2 If you register to be a member of The Exchange, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Registration Information. You may not authorise others to use your Registration Information. 1.3 You are responsible for all usage or activity on your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses your Registration Information, with or without authorisation, or who has access to any computer on which your account resides or is accessible.

You will provide DBTS with certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated (if any of your registration information changes, you can update it by contacting DBTS).
