Your Account Information. It is Your responsibility to keep Your account information current. If You fail to do so, or fail to respond within five business days of SoftLayer inquiring as to the validity of Your information, You will be in material breach of this Agreement. You agree that for each domain name You register, the following information will be made publicly available in the Whois directory, and may be sold in bulk, as set forth by ICANN policy and the ICANN agreement:  The domain name  Your name and postal address  The email address, postal address, voice and fax numbers for technical and administrative contacts  The Internet protocol numbers for the primary and secondary name servers  The corresponding names of the name servers  The original date of registration and expiration date You agree that, to the extent permitted by ICANN, SoftLayer may make use of the publicly available information You provided during the registration process. If You engage in the reselling of domain names, You agree to obtain informed consent, and evidence of consent, from those individuals about the possible use of the personal information they provide, pursuant to ICANN policy.

Your Account Information a. You may use the Site to access information about your account. You understand that Pershing will attempt to update account transaction history and portfolio values (to the extent that information about such values is available and has been received from pricing sources used by Pershing) by the next Business Day. b. You understand that the information provided is not all-inclusive and is not intended to provide an official record of your account. Information about some investments in your account may not be available through the Site.

Your Account Information. In order to access some features of the Website, including your account information you will have to create an online account (“Account”). You hereby represent and warrant that the information you provide to "Ekhohub and its Affiliates" upon registration will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also hereby represent and warrant that you will ensure that your Account information, including your e-mail address, is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times during the Term of this Agreement.

Your Account Information. We value and respect your privacy, and we will only use your Account Information as permitted by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. In order for us to provide the PSB System to you and to refine and improve the PSB Tests, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non- exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, copy, adapt, create derivative works of, store, host, publish, display, distribute, communicate, and transmit your Test Responses and other Account Information. We will only share your Account Information with third parties as permitted by the Privacy Policy.

Your Account Information. A. You certify that YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD. You agree to provide AOL, Inc. with accurate, complete, and current registration information. Failure to do this shall constitute a breach of this agreement and unauthorized access to AOL. Unauthorized access to AOL could result in immediate termination of your account and subject you to civil and criminal liability. AOL Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of memberships for a Member to one, including trial offers. B. By registering as a Member, you will receive a password, a "master account," choice of an associated screen name, and the ability to have up to four other "sub-accounts" and associated screen names. You may not select or use a screen name used by another person (unless it is also your name), a name in violation of a third party's property rights, or a screen name that AOL, Inc. deems offensive or otherwise inappropriate. AOL, Inc. owns all screen names, and licenses them to you for a period that will not exceed the duration of your AOL membership. Additionally, you may not use your name in violation of the TOS or in ways AOL deems inappropriate (e.g., sending or causing to be sent unsolicited bulk e-mail ("UBE")). AOL, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend the use of any screen name, or to delete any such screen name or to request deletion. C. You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your master account and any subaccounts. A Member may not permit another individual to use the Member's master account without direct supervision by the Member. A Member may permit another individual, including a minor, to use the Member's sub-accounts subject to the following limitations: The Member hereby agrees (1) to supervise the other individual's use of the Member's accounts, (2) to assume any and all resulting liabilities of such use, including responsibility for any and all content accessed on AOL or the Internet, (3) to indemnify and hold AOL harmless for any such use of AOL by a person other than the Member, and (4) to acknowledge that any decision to allow another individual to use the Member's account is made by the Member and not AOL, Inc. Your Account Information. In order to set up a user profile you must provide the following information: name, date of birth, Social Security Number, home address, email address, profile name, phone number, password, (collectively “Account Information”). We will verify your identity and eligibility to open a Goalsetter account, in accordance with applicable law. You consent to and authorize us to make any inquiries we consider necessary to verify your identity. These inquiries may require you to take steps to verify information you provide against third-party databases or other sources, such as government records. You may also have to verify ownership of your U.S. bank account. If you do not provide the requested information or we cannot verify your identity or your ownership of your U.S. bank account, we can refuse to allow you to use the services.

Prior to submitting Listing Content, you must obtain all Consents to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ MLS the following license, which is hereby granted: a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, display, adapt, create derivative works of, and perform the Listing Content in any form, in whole and in part, and in any manner, and to sublicense those rights through multiple tiers. Bright MLS will not distribute Listing Content for its advertising purposes without your prior consent. Bright MLS may add watermarks, metadata, tracking materials, notices, or disclaimers to Bright MLS Content that you may not delete, cover, or alter, and each must be reproduced on all copies of Bright MLS Listing Content. You may not use the Bright MLS Service or Bright MLS Content or input Listing Content in a manner that (i) infringes any third party’s rights; (ii) violates any law or regulation; or (iii) is false, misleading, defamatory, or that Bright MLS determines ▇▇▇▇▇ Bright MLS or any other party.
