Client Information. Protected Health Information in any form including without limitation, Electronic Protected Health Information or Unsecured Protected Health Information (herein “PHI”);

Client Information. Client Information" means: (A) confidential plans, customer lists, information, and other proprietary material of Client that is marked with a restrictive legend, or if not so marked with such legend or is disclosed orally, is identified as confidential at the time of disclosure (and written confirmation thereof is promptly provided to Fiserv); and (B) any information and data concerning the business and financial records of Client's customers prepared by or for Fiserv, or used in any way by Fiserv in connection with the provision of Fiserv Services (whether or not any such information is marked with a restrictive legend).

Client Information. If you provide Client Information in connection with your use of or access to Red Hat Products, you agree that, subject to Section 9, Red Hat, its Affiliates, and Suppliers may use such Client Information in connection with providing the Red Hat Products. You agree that your provision (and Red Hat’s use) of Client Information under this Agreement does not require any additional consents or licenses, will be in compliance with applicable law, and will not violate any intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, or other right of any third party. As between Red Hat and you, you retain all other rights in and to Client Information.

Client Information. ‌ The Employer shall provide employees with information in its possession regarding a client, resident or client's home which is necessary for the employee to safely carry out his/her duties.

Client Information. The Executive acknowledges that the list of the Company's Clients and Brokers, as the Company may determine from time to time, is a valuable, special, and unique asset of the Company's business. The Executive shall not, during and after the term of his employment, disclose all or any part of the Executive's customer list to any person, firm, corporation, association, or other entity for any reason or purpose. In the event of the Executive's breach or threatened breach of this paragraph, the Company shall be entitled to a preliminary restraining order and an injunction restraining and enjoining the Executive from disclosing all or any part of the Company's Client list and from rendering any services to any person, firm, corporation, association, or other entity to whom all or any part of such list has been, or is threatened to be, disclosed. In addition to or in lieu of the above, the Company may pursue all other remedies available to the Company for such breach or threatened breach, including the recovery of damages from the Executive.

Client Information. The Network Service Provider shall not use or disclose any information concerning a recipient of services under this contract for any purpose prohibited by state and federal laws, rules and regulations except with the written consent of a person legally authorized to give that consent or when authorized by law.

Client Information. The Client covenants and agrees to promptly furnish to the Lending Agent any information regarding the Client which is necessary to effect transactions on behalf of the Client, including, but not limited to, any limitations imposed pursuant to any applicable law, regulation, authority, charter, by-law, statute or other instrument. The Lending Agent agrees to comply with such restrictions and limitations. 10.1 The Lending Agent may not disclose or supply any information regarding the Client or Fund unless required by any law or governmental regulation now or hereafter in effect or requested to do so by the Client; provided that the Lending Agent may disclose or supply information regarding the Client and/or Fund and any transactions authorized by this Agreement as necessary in the sole discretion of the Lending Agent in order to facilitate, effect or continue any securities loans hereunder or to assist in the analysis of the performance of the securities lending program.

Client Information. Subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement during the term of this Agreement we shall provide to Client a Client’s online account on myPOS platform and a Mobile app for information, payment orders, control of the security of payment instruments of Client, described below in this Agreement.

Client Information. (1) All information as to personal facts and circumstances obtained by the Contractor on the client (“Client Information”) shall be treated as privileged communications, shall be held confidential, and shall not be divulged without the written consent of the client, his or her guardian, or the responsible parent when the client is a minor child, or except as required by other terms of this Contract. Nothing prohibits the disclosure of information in summaries, statistical, or other forms which does not identify particular individuals. (2) The use or disclosure of Client Information shall be limited to persons directly connected with the administration of this Contract. Confidentiality policies shall be applied to all requests from outside sources. (3) If Contractor, or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, or subcontractors receives or has access to confidential Social Security Administration (SSA), or Federal Tax Information (FTI) records in the performance of Work under this Contract, Contractor shall comply, and ensure that all of Contractor’s officers, directors, employees, agents and subcontractors comply, with the following provisions: (a) With respect to SSA records: i. Provide a current list of employees and employees of any agent or subcontractor with access to SSA records; ii. Adhere to the same security requirements as employees of DHS; iii. Abide by all relevant Federal laws, restrictions on access, use, disclosure, and the security requirements contained within DHS’ agreement with SSA; iv. Provide its employees and agents the same security awareness training as DHS employees; and v. Include the provisions of this Section 1.a.(3)(a) in any subcontract. (b) With respect to Federal Tax Information (FTI), as defined in IRS Publication 1075: i. Contractor and its officers, directors and employees with access to, or who use FTI provided by DHS must meet the background check requirements defined in IRS Publication 1075; ii. Any FTI made available to Contractor shall be used only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Contract. Contractor shall treat all information contained in FTI as confidential and that information shall not be divulged or made known in any manner to any person except as may be necessary in the performance of this Contract.
