Upon Request. The Servicer shall attempt to sell the same (and may temporarily rent the same) on such terms and conditions as the Servicer deems to be in the best interest of the Certificateholders and the Trust Fund. With respect to each REO Property, the Servicer shall account separately for each REO Property with respect to all funds collected and received in connection with the operation of such REO Property. The Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited, within two Business Days of receipt, in the Collection Account, all revenues received with respect to each REO Property and shall withdraw therefrom funds necessary for the proper operation, management and maintenance of the related REO Property, including the cost of maintaining any hazard insurance pursuant to Section 2.10 hereof and the fees of any managing agent acting on behalf of the Servicer. The Servicer shall furnish to the Master Reporting Agent, on each Servicer Remittance Date, an operating statement for each REO Property covering the operation of each REO Property for the previous month. Such operating statement shall be accompanied by such other information as the Master Reporting Agent shall reasonably request. The Servicer shall use its best efforts to dispose of the REO Property as promptly as is practically consistent with protecting the Certificateholders' interests. Each REO Disposition shall be carried out by the Servicer at such price and upon such terms and conditions as the Servicer deems to be in the best interest of the Certificateholders. If as of the date title to any REO Property was acquired by the Servicer there were outstanding unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the REO Property, the Servicer, upon an REO Disposition of such REO Property, shall be entitled to reimbursement for any related unreimbursed Servicing Advances from proceeds received in connection with such REO Disposition. The proceeds from the REO Disposition, net of any payment to the Servicer as provided above, shall be deposited in the Collection Account for distribution on the succeeding Servicer Remittance Date. Any REO Disposition shall be for cash only (unless changes in the REMIC Provisions made subsequent to the Startup Day allow a sale for other consideration and an Opinion of Counsel is obtained by the Servicer to the effect that such sale shall not cause any REMIC constituting part of the Trust Fund to fail to qualify as a REMIC).
