Additional Items. The Insurer shall have received such other documents, instruments, approvals or opinions requested by the Insurer or its counsel as may be reasonably necessary to effect the Transaction, including, but not limited to, evidence satisfactory to the Insurer and its counsel that the conditions precedent, if any, in the Transaction Documents have been satisfied.

(iii) the Company agrees to share aggregate data and reports to the Boston Public Health Commission in a form and manner as requested to inform public health efforts; and (v) the Company agrees to assist in the dissemination of communications materials related to public health, public safety and prevention efforts and work with the City and the public health community on efforts associated with prevention.
