Strictly prohibited Clause Samples

The 'STRICTLY PROHIBITED' clause serves to explicitly forbid certain actions, behaviors, or uses within the scope of an agreement or policy. Typically, this clause lists specific activities—such as unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, illegal use of company resources, or engagement in competing business—that are not allowed under any circumstances. By clearly delineating what is not permitted, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and reinforces compliance, thereby protecting the interests of the parties involved and reducing the risk of violations.
