Account Names and Numbers Sample Clauses

Account Names and Numbers. You acknowledge and agree that if your Payment Instructions identify an account by name and account number, the relevant financial institution may execute those Payment Instructions by reference to the account number only, even if such account number does not correspond to the account name. You further acknowledge and agree that financial institutions holding the account may choose not to investigate discrepancies between account names and account numbers. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, we have no responsibility to investigate discrepancies between account names and account numbers.

Account Names and Numbers. The Securities Intermediary shall not change the name or account number of any New York Account without the prior written consent of the Collateral Agent (acting in accordance with Section 13.06); provided, however, that in the case of any change in account number that is a result of any reconfiguring of the systems of the Securities Intermediary, the prior written consent of the Collateral Agent shall not be required so long as the Collateral Agent shall have received prior written notice of such change.   • Account Numbers State Street shall process all payment orders on the basis of the account number contained in the payment order. In the event of a discrepancy between any name indicated on the payment order and the account number, the account number shall take precedence and govern. Financial institutions that receive payment orders initiated by State Street at the instruction of the Client may also process payment orders on the basis of account numbers, regardless of any name included in the payment order. State Street will also rely on any financial institution identification numbers included in any payment order, regardless of any financial institution name included in the payment order.

  • Account Name The Grant will be paid in instalments by the Commonwealth in accordance with the agreed Milestones, and compliance by the Grantee with its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Account Number This authorization shall remain in effect until revoked or until a subsequent Notice of Account Designation is provided to the Administrative Agent.

  • Contact Numbers The Parties agree to provide one another with toll-free nation- wide (50 states) contact numbers for the purpose of ordering, provisioning and maintenance of services.

  • Names, Etc As of the date hereof, the full and correct legal name, type of organization, jurisdiction of organization, organizational ID number (if applicable) and place of business (or, if more than one, chief executive office) of each Obligor as of the date hereof are correctly set forth in Annex 2.05 (and of each additional Obligor as of the date of the Guarantee Assumption Agreement referred to below are set forth in the supplement to Annex 2.05 in Appendix A to the Guarantee Assumption Agreement executed and delivered by such Obligor pursuant to Section 7.05).
