Common use of Account Records Clause in Contracts

Account Records. The CONSULTANT's accounting records, insofar as they pertain to invoicing the City of Fernandina Beach or to disbursements made from the CONSULTANT's account for work under this agreement, shall be open to City of Fernandina Beach's inspection and audit at the CONSULTANT's office upon reasonable prior notice and during normal business hours. Backup documentation for out-of-pocket expenses exceeding Twenty-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) each shall be available at the CONSULTANT's office. These records will be retained by the CONSULTANT for three (3) years after the calendar year in which the services to which they pertain were rendered or the disbursements were made.
