Account Update. We will communicate with you through an Account Update process. At the time of your enrollment with us, you must select the method we provide your Account Update to you, either my email or SMS text message. The Account Update contains account information which may include: your Current Balance, recent electricity payments, the most recent available energy consumption information as provided by the TDU (which may contain delayed information), updated electricity price, estimated time and/or days of electricity service remaining, confirmation of prepaid credit purchases, and/or other notices. We have no obligation to resend Account Updates to you, even if the message could not be delivered for any reason.
