Accounts, Acquittal and Reporting. (a) The Recipient is to provide to the Department Progress and Financial Reports on a quarterly basis (as at 30 September, 31 December, 31 March and 30 June), until the completion of the Project, which shall include: (i) a Financial Report of income and expenditure, certified by the Chief Financial Officer or Accountable Officer, as detailed in Schedule 2, as properly varied from time to time; and (ii) an Evaluation Report as per Schedule 3, as properly varied from time to time, showing how and to what extent the Funding was spent and the agreed outcomes achieved; Note – quarterly reports are to be submitted within one month of the end of each quarter. (b) The Recipient will provide to the Department an annual report on the Project based on a financial year ending 30 June which shall include: (i) a Financial Report, certified by the Chief Financial Officer or Accountable Officer and audited by an Auditor, outlining income and expenditure for the Project as detailed in Schedule 2, as properly varied from time to time; and (ii) an Evaluation Report as per Schedule 3, as properly varied from time to time, showing how and to what extent the Funding was spent and the agreed outcomes achieved;
