Common use of Accounts and Passwords Clause in Contracts

Accounts and Passwords. You agree to: (1) properly log out from your account at the end of each session; (2) not transfer or share your account; and (3) follow the law and the terms of this User Agreement. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you report misuse through the contact information in Section 9 below. If a password is required to use the Services, you also agree to: (4) choose a strong and secure password and (5) keep your password secure and confidential.
