Acceptable Use Clause Samples
The Acceptable Use clause defines the permitted and prohibited ways in which a party may use a product, service, or system. It typically outlines specific activities that are not allowed, such as illegal conduct, spamming, or attempts to compromise security, and may provide examples of both acceptable and unacceptable behaviors. This clause serves to protect the provider and other users by setting clear boundaries, reducing the risk of misuse, and providing grounds for action if the terms are violated.
