Prohibited Uses. (a) Tenant will not use, occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any of the Premises for any purpose or in any manner which is or may be, directly or indirectly, in violation of any (i) judicial decisions, order, injunctions, writs, statutes, rulings, rules, regulations, promulgations, directives, permits, certificates or ordinances of any governmental authority in any way applicable to Tenant or the Premises, including but not limited to zoning, environmental and utility conservation matters (hereinafter “Legal Requirements”), (ii) covenants, conditions, or restrictions applicable to such Premises and appearing of record in the office of the county recorder of the county in which such Premises are located on or before the date on which such Premises became subject to this Lease, or (iii) insurance requirements.
(b) Tenant shall not keep or permit to be kept any substance in, or conduct or permit to be conducted any operation from, any of the Premises which is not reasonably consistent with the Permitted Use for such Premises and which might emit offensive odors or conditions, or make undue noise or create undue vibrations.
(c) Tenant shall not commit or permit to remain any waste to any of the Premises.
(d) Tenant shall not install or permit to remain any improvements to any of the Premises which exceed the structural loads of floors or walls of any buildings located on such Premises, or adversely affect the mechanical, plumbing or electrical systems of any such buildings, or affect the structural integrity of any such buildings in any way.
(e) Tenant shall not commit or permit to be committed any action or circumstance in or about any of the Premises, nor bring or keep anything therein which, directly or indirectly, would or might cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering such Premises, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about any of the Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance unless Tenant provides additional insurance coverage extending protection to cover all risks associated with those articles.
(f) Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, promptly comply with all Legal Requirements now in force or which may hereafter be in force and with the requirements of any board of fire underwriters or other similar body now or hereafter constituted relating to or affecting the use or occupancy of all of the Premises, excluding such structural changes as do not re...
Prohibited Uses. Tenant further covenants and agrees that Tenant shall not use or permit any person or persons to use, the Premises or any part thereof for any use or purpose in violation of the laws of the United States of America, the State of California, or the ordinances, regulations or requirements of the local municipal or county governing body or other lawful authorities having jurisdiction over the Project) including, without limitation, any such laws, ordinances, regulations or requirements relating to hazardous materials or substances, as those terms are defined by applicable laws now or hereafter in effect. Landlord shall have the right to impose reasonable, nondiscriminatory and customary rules and regulations regarding the use of the Project that do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises, as reasonably deemed necessary by Landlord with respect to the orderly operation of the Project, and Tenant shall comply with such reasonable rules and regulations. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Building, or injure or annoy them or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, unlawful or objectionable purpose, nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about the Premises. Tenant shall comply with, and Tenant’s rights and obligations under the Lease and Tenant’s use of the Premises shall be subject and subordinate to, all recorded easements, covenants, conditions, and restrictions now or hereafter affecting the Project, so long as the same do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises or parking rights or materially increase Tenant’s obligations or decrease Tenant’s rights under this Lease.

You must not: • give your card or account number to others or allow them to use your card or account for charges, identification or any other purpose, • return goods or services obtained using your account for a cash refund, • use your card to obtain cash from a merchant for a charge recorded as a purchase or obtain cash from any source through a contactless transaction, • obtain a credit to your account except by way of a refund for goods or services previously purchased on your account, • use your account if you are bankrupt or insolvent or if you do not honestly expect to be able to pay your minimum payment on your next statement, • use your card if it is found after having been reported to us as lost or stolen, • transfer balances from another account with us to pay your account (unless we permit), • use your account if your card has been suspended or cancelled or after the valid date shown on the front of the card, or • use your account for an unlawful purpose, including the purchase of goods or services prohibited by the laws of Canada or any other country where the card is used or where the goods or services are provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is no prohibited use of your account by you and any supplementary cardmembers. You will be responsible for any prohibited use of your account even if we did not prevent or stop the prohibited use.

i) give the Card or Account number to any person or allow them to use the Card or Account for Charges, identification or any other purpose, other than to give your consent to a transaction in accordance with the “Use of the Card/Code(s)” section of this Agreement;
ii) allow another person to use the Card or Codes for any reason;
iii) return goods or services obtained using your Account or Card for a cash refund. If permitted by the Merchant, goods and services charged to a Card may be returned to the Merchant for a credit to that Card;
iv) use the Card to obtain cash from a Merchant for a Charge recorded as a purchase;
v) obtain a credit to your Account except by way of a refund for goods or services previously purchased on your Account;
vi) use the Card if you are bankrupt or insolvent or if you do not honestly expect to be able to pay us any sums you owe us under this Agreement;
vii) use the Card if you know or could be reasonably expected to know that Your Company is insolvent, wound up, if an administrator or administrative receiver has been appointed or it is subject to any other form of insolvency procedure;
viii) use the Card or your Account to obtain cash unless we have agreed with Your Company separately to permit Cash Advances;
ix) use a Card which has been reported to us as lost or stolen until such time as we issue a new Card or new Account details (in which case you must use the new details) or we otherwise confirm that you may resume use of the Account/Card;
x) use a Card after it has been suspended or cancelled, after the Account expires or after the ‘valid thru’ date shown on the front of the Card;
xi) use the Card for any purpose other than the genuine purchase of goods and/or services (or Cash Advances, if applicable);
xii) use the Card to purchase anything for the purpose of re-sale unless we have previously agreed to this with Your Company; or
xiii) use the Card to purchase anything from a Merchant that Your Company or any third party related to Your Company have any ownership interest in, where such ownership interest does not include shares quoted on a recognised stock exchange.
b. Subject to the “Lost/Stolen Cards, Incorrectly Executed Transactions and Misuse of Your Account” section of this Agreement, you will be responsible for any prohibited use of your Account even if we did not prevent or stop the prohibited use, unless otherwise provided by law.
Prohibited Uses. The LICENSEE shall not, and shall guarantee that any LICENSEE’S AFFILIATES and/or contractor or consultant engaged as per the provisions of Article 2.1 does not, unless otherwise expressly provided in this LICENCE:
(a) sell, lease, rent, sub-license or transfer the PRODUCT to any third party in any manner whatsoever;
(b) reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any part of the PRODUCT or attempt to access or create the source code for the PRODUCT;

You understand that you are solely responsible for any and all acts and omissions that occur under your account or passwords, and you agree not to engage in any unacceptable use of the Service which includes, without limitation, use of the Service to: (i) disseminate, store or transmit unsolicited messages, "spam," chain letters, or unsolicited commercial e-mail; (ii) disseminate or transmit material that is unlawful or material that, to a reasonable person, may be abusive, harmful, invasive of another's privacy, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, grossly offensive, vulgar, threatening, or malicious; (iii) disseminate, store or transmit files, graphics, software or material that actually or potentially infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any person or entity; (iv) create a false identity or to otherwise attempt to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication; (v) export, re-export or permit downloading of any message or content in violation of any export or import law, regulation or restriction of the United States and its agencies and authorities, or without all required approvals, licenses or exemptions; (vi) interfere, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts on the Service or any other computer network; (vii) disseminate, store or transmit viruses, Trojan horses or any other malicious code or program; (viii) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (ix) harm minors in any way; (x) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service; or (xi) disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations related to the Service.
