Acceptable Use Policy Clause Samples
An Acceptable Use Policy clause defines the rules and guidelines for how users may access and utilize a service, system, or resource. It typically outlines prohibited behaviors such as illegal activities, spamming, or attempts to compromise security, and may specify consequences for violations, like suspension or termination of access. The core function of this clause is to protect the provider and other users by setting clear boundaries for acceptable conduct, thereby reducing the risk of misuse and ensuring a safe and lawful environment.
