(i) to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users (including through disseminating any software or interacting with any API), including to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service’s functions in any manner;
(j) to use our Services, including any APIs as applicable, in any way that conflicts with or is inconsistent with our developer policies;
(k) to use our Services for commercial purposes that are inconsistent with these Terms or any other instructions or terms and conditions;
(l) to use the Blockchains to carry out any illegal activities in connection with or in any way related to your access to and use of the Services, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or deliberating engaging in activities designed to adversely affect the performance of the Blockchains or the Services;
(m) to engage in or knowingly facilitate any “front-running,” “wash trading,” “pump and dump trading,” “ramping,” “corning,” or fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative trading practices;
(n) to engage in behaviors that have the intention or the effect of artificially causing an item, Digital Collectible, item or Digital Collectible collection to appear in a certain area on our Site or at the top of search results, or artificially increasing view counts, favorites and likes, or other metrics that we may use to sort items, collections, or search results;
(o) to use or attempt to use another user’s Account without authorization from such user; or pose as another person or entity, or use a wallet to engage in a transaction on the Ronin ▇▇▇▇▇ Market that is owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by any other person;
(p) to claim a Ronin ▇▇▇▇▇ Market username for the purpose of reselling it, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in name squatting;
(q) to claim any asset that is not yours for the purpose of reselling it, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in such related fraudulent or misleading behavior;
(r) to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services (for example, any thresholds or limits);
(sr) to access the Services from a different Blockchain address if we have blocked any of your other Blockchain addresses from accessing the Services, unless you have our prior written consent;
(ts) to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertising or other solicitation, including distributing spam in any manner or form, including sending unwanted NFTs to other users;
(ut) to access, search, systematically retrieve data or other content fromfrom the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or otherwise use the Services in any manner directory without express written permission from us, including through the use of any other software and/or search agents not provided or allowed by us (such as but not limited to using any data mining, robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, offline ofline reader, or other automated means or interface);
(vu) to reverse engineer, duplicate, disassemble, decompile, or decode any aspect of our Services, or to do anything that might discover or lead to the discovery of the source code, or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any service, area, or code of the Services;

(u) to access, search, systematically retrieve data or other content from, or otherwise use the Services in any manner without express permission from us, including through the use of any other software and/or search agents not provided or allowed by us (such as but not limited to any data mining, robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, offline reader, or other automated means or interface)User;
(v) to reverse engineerpost or transmit content which is illegal, duplicatehateful, disassembleobscene, decompilethreatening, incites violence, insulting, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or decode any aspect of our Services, contains graphic or gratuitous violence or is otherwise objectionable to do anything that might discover or lead to the discovery of the source code, or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any service, area, or code of the Servicesthird parties;
(wvi) harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another individual or entity or impersonate any other person or entity or otherwise restricting or inhibiting any other person from using or enjoying the Platform;
(vii) take any action creating a disproportionately large usage load on our Platform unless expressly permitted by Eventbuzz;
(viii) post or transmit content that is misleading.
(ix) communicate any information or content that you do not have a right to sell make available under any law or resell our Servicesunder contractual or fiduciary relationships, or to otherwise attempt to circumvent any of Sky ▇▇▇▇▇’ fee systemsinfringes or violates someone else's rights;
(x) to disparageencourage participation in or promote any contents, tarnishpyramid schemes, surveys, chain letters or spamming, or unsolicited emailing through the Platform;
(xi) post or transmit hyperlinks to other websites that violate these Terms;
(xii) facilitate or encourage any violation of these Terms.
15.2 If for any reason, your account, or any part thereof, is suspended, banned, restricted, blocked, terminated or otherwise harm disabled by Eventbuzz, you agree to abide by such decision. You may not create another account with the intent to bypass these limitations or attempt to harm Sky ▇▇▇▇▇, circumvent any limitation imposed on your account without our permission. Any effort to evade these limitations may result in the Ronin Market, and/or any termination of the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion; or

(v) to reverse create a derivative work of the Services or any part thereof; ● Reverse engineer, duplicate, disassemble, decompile, or decode any aspect of our Servicestranslate, or otherwise seek to do anything that might discover obtain or lead to the discovery of derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, or bypass non-public APIs of any CLUSTDOC service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law and only after prior notice to CLUSTDOC; ● Violate or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any servicesecurity measures, arearate limits, or code of the Services;

(x) to disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm or attempt to harm Sky ▇▇▇▇▇, the Ronin Market, and/or any of the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion; or
or configure the Services (yor any part thereof) to use avoid sending events or incurring charges; ● Distribute on any medium any part of the Services, except as authorized by the present Agreement; ● Access the Services to create a competitive product or service or copy its features or user interface; ● Use the Services for product evaluation, benchmarking, or other comparative analysis for publication without CLUSTDOC's prior written consent; or ● Delete or obscure any interfaces provided with proprietary notices or other content in the Services, including in any reports or results obtained from the Services; ● Use or permit the Services to access be used for any illegal or deceptive purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with the present Agreement. ● Without limiting any other product remedies available to CLUSTDOC, CLUSTDOC may, in its sole discretion, suspend or service terminate access to the Services for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, to prevent harm to other parties, or to preserve CLUSTDOC's security, availability or integrity. g. Transmit any unsolicited or harmful activity unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or infringing, offensive or harmful content, including but not limited to, any content other form of solicitation;
h. Transmit any material that may involve child sexual exploitation, promotion of suicide or self-harm, incitement of hate or violence againstcontains software viruses, or doxing any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of another individualany computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
(c) for i. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any unlawfulrequirements, invasiveprocedures, infringing, defamatory policies or fraudulent purpose (for example, this may include phishing, creating a pyramid scheme or mirroring a website)regulations of networks connected to the service;
(d) to use the Services to buyj. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, sellstate, national or international law, or transfer stolen items, fraudulently obtained items, items taken without authorization, and/or any other illegally obtained itemsregulations having the force of law; k)"stalk" or otherwise harass another;
(e) to use the Services to carry out k. Collect or allow the provision of any financial activities that are subject to licensing or registrationstore, including but not limited to creating, offering, selling, or buying securities, commodities, options, or debt instruments;
(f) to use the Services to create, sell, or buy Digital Collectibles, Digital Collectible collections, or other items that give owners the right to participate in an initial coin offering (“ICO”) or any securities offering, or that are redeemable for securities, commodities, or other financial instruments;
(g) to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
(h) to circumvent, disable, bypass, or otherwise interfere with or attempt to interfere with any security-related features of the Servicescollect or store, including features that prevent personal data about third parties without their knowledge or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein (for example, attempting to circumvent any rate limiting systems, directing traffic through multiple IP addresses, or otherwise obfuscating the source of traffic you send to Sky ▇▇▇▇▇)consent;
(i) to interfere with l. Resell the use of service and equipment not bought without written authorization from MAWINGU; and

Use the Servicesservice System for high volume data transfers, or the equipment used to provide the Servicesespecially sustained high volume data transfers, by customershosting a web server, authorized resellersIRC server, or other authorized users (including through disseminating any software or interacting with any API), including to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service’s functions in any manner;
(j) to use our Services, including any APIs as applicable, in any way that conflicts with or is inconsistent with our developer policies;
(k) to use our Services for commercial purposes that are inconsistent with these Terms or any other instructions or terms and conditions;
(l) to use the Blockchains to carry out any illegal activities in connection with or in any way related to your access to and use of the Services, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or deliberating engaging in activities designed to adversely affect the performance of the Blockchains or the Services;
(m) to engage in or knowingly facilitate any “front-running,” “wash trading,” “pump and dump trading,” “ramping,” “corning,” or fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative trading practices;
(n) to engage in behaviors that have the intention or the effect of artificially causing an item, Digital Collectible, or Digital Collectible collection to appear in a certain area on our Site or at the top of search results, or artificially increasing view counts, favorites and likes, or other metrics that we may use to sort items, collections, or search results;
(o) to use or attempt to use another user’s Account without authorization from such user; or pose as another person or entity, or use a wallet to engage in a transaction on the Ronin Market that is owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by any other person;
(p) to claim a Ronin Market username for the purpose of reselling it, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in name squatting;
(q) to claim any asset that is not yours for the purpose of reselling it, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in such related fraudulent or misleading behavior;
(r) to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services (for example, any thresholds or limits);

(kiii) to use our Services for commercial purposes that are inconsistent with these Terms upload viruses or any other instructions or terms and conditionsmalicious code;
(liv) to use the Blockchains to carry out bullying behavior, intimidating or harassing any illegal activities in connection with or in any way related to your access to and use of the Services, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or deliberating engaging in activities designed to adversely affect the performance of the Blockchains or the Servicesother User;
(mv) to engage in post or knowingly facilitate any “front-running,” “wash trading,” “pump and dump trading,” “ramping,” “corning,” or fraudulenttransmit content that is illegal, deceptivehateful, obscene, threatening, incites violence, insulting, defamatory, violates intellectual property rights, invades privacy, or manipulative trading practicescontains graphic or gratuitous violence, or is otherwise objectionable to third parties;
(nvi) to engage harass, threaten, shame, cause distress or discomfort in behaviors that have the intention another individual or the effect of artificially causing an itementity, Digital Collectible, or Digital Collectible collection to appear in a certain area on our Site or at the top of search results, or artificially increasing view counts, favorites and likes, or impersonate any other metrics that we may use to sort items, collections, or search results;
(o) to use or attempt to use another user’s Account without authorization from such user; or pose as another person or entity, or use a wallet to engage in a transaction on otherwise restrict or inhibit any person from using or enjoying the Ronin Market that is owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by any other personPlatform;
(pvii) to claim take any action that creates a Ronin Market username for the purpose of reselling itdisproportionately large usage load on our Platform, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in name squattingunless expressly permitted by THELASTSEAT;
(qviii) to claim any asset post or transmit content that is not yours for the purpose of reselling it, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in such related fraudulent or misleading behaviormisleading;
(rix) communicate any information or content that Customer is not entitled to disable, interfere with make available under any law or circumvent any aspect of the Services (for example, any thresholds in contractual or limits);
(s) to access the Services from a different Blockchain address if we have blocked any of your other Blockchain addresses from accessing the Services, unless you have our prior written consent;
(t) to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertising or other solicitation, including distributing spam in any manner or form, including sending unwanted NFTs to other users;
(u) to access, search, systematically retrieve data or other content fromfiduciary relationships, or that otherwise use infringes or violates the Services in any manner without express permission from us, including through the use rights of any other software and/or search agents not provided or allowed by us (such as but not limited to any data mining, robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, offline reader, or other automated means or interface);
(v) to reverse engineer, duplicate, disassemble, decompile, or decode any aspect of our Services, or to do anything that might discover or lead to the discovery of the source code, or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any service, area, or code of the Services;
(w) to sell or resell our Services, or to otherwise attempt to circumvent any of Sky ▇▇▇▇▇’ fee systemsanother person;
(x) to disparageencourage participation in or promote any content, tarnishpyramid schemes, surveys, chain letters or spam, or otherwise harm unsolicited emails through the Platform;
(xi) post or transmit links to other websites that violate these Terms;
(xii) facilitate or encourage any breach of these Terms.
16.2 If, for any reason, your account, or any part of it, is suspended, prohibited, restricted, blocked, terminated or disabled in any way by THELASTSEAT, you agree to abide by such a decision. You may not create another account with the intent to circumvent these limitations or attempt to harm Sky ▇▇▇▇▇, circumvent any limitations imposed on your account without our permission. Any effort to avoid these limitations may result in the Ronin Market, and/or any termination of the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion; or
(y) to use the Services, or any interfaces provided with the Services, to access any other product or service in a manner that violates the terms of service of such other product or serviceall current and future accounts you register.

(f) to use the Services Service to create, sell, or buy Digital Collectibles, Digital Collectible collections, Assets or other items including any Ronin Name(s) that give owners the right to participate in an initial coin offering (“ICO”) or any securities offering, or that are redeemable for securities, commodities, or other financial instruments;
(g) to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
(h) to circumvent, disable, bypass, or otherwise interfere with or attempt to interfere with any security-related features of the ServicesService, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services Service and/or the Content contained therein (for example, attempting to circumvent any rate limiting systems, directing traffic through multiple IP addresses, or otherwise obfuscating the source of traffic you send to Sky ▇▇▇▇▇);
(i) to interfere with the use of the ServicesService, or the equipment used to provide the ServicesService, by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users (including through disseminating any software or interacting with any API), including to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service’s functions in any manner;
(j) to use our ServicesService, including any APIs as applicable, in any way that conflicts with or is inconsistent with our developer policies;
(k) to use our Services RNS for commercial purposes that are inconsistent with these Terms or any other instructions or terms and conditions;
(l) to use the Blockchains to carry out any illegal activities in connection with or in any way related to your access to and use of the ServicesRNS, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or deliberating engaging in activities designed to adversely affect the performance of the Blockchains or the ServicesService;
(m) to engage in or knowingly facilitate any “front-running,” “wash trading,” “pump and dump trading,” “ramping,” “corning,” or fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative trading practices;
(n) to engage in behaviors that have the intention or the effect of artificially causing an item, a Digital Collectible, Asset or Digital Collectible collection Ronin Name to appear in a certain area on our Site or at the top of search results, or artificially increasing view counts, favorites and likes, or other metrics that we may use to sort items, collections, or search results;
(o) to use or attempt to use another user’s Account Account, Ronin Name, or Blockchain wallet address without authorization from such user; or pose as another person or entity, or use a wallet address to engage in a transaction on the Ronin Market Service that is owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by any other person;
(p) to claim a Ronin Market Name or Account username for the purpose of reselling it, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in name squatting;
(q) to claim any asset that is not yours for the purpose of reselling it, confusing others, deriving others’ goodwill, or otherwise engage in such related fraudulent or misleading behavior;
(r) to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services Service (for example, any thresholds or limits);
(sr) to access the Services RNS from a different Ronin Name or Blockchain address if we have blocked any of your other Ronin Names or Blockchain addresses from accessing the ServicesService, unless you have our prior written consent;
(ts) to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertising or other solicitation, including distributing spam in any manner or form, including sending unwanted NFTs Digital Assets or Ronin Names to other users;
(ut) to access, search, systematically retrieve data or other content fromfrom the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or otherwise use the Services in any manner directory without express written permission from us, including through the use of any other software and/or search agents not provided or allowed by us (such as but not limited to using any data mining, robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, offline ofline reader, or other automated means or interface);
(vu) to reverse engineer, duplicate, disassemble, decompile, or decode any aspect of our ServicesRNS, or to do anything that might discover or lead to the discovery of the source code, or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any service, area, or code of the ServicesService;
(wv) to sell or resell our ServicesRNS, or to otherwise attempt to circumvent any of Sky ▇▇▇▇▇’ fee systems;
(xw) to disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm or attempt to harm Sky ▇▇▇▇▇, the Ronin Market, and/or any of the ServicesRNS, as determined by us in our sole discretion; or
