Policy Updates Clause Samples
The Policy Updates clause establishes the right and process for one party, typically the service provider, to modify the terms of its policies during the course of an agreement. In practice, this clause outlines how and when updates will be communicated to the other party, such as through email notifications or website postings, and may specify a notice period before changes take effect. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the provider to adapt policies in response to evolving business needs or legal requirements, while ensuring that affected parties are informed of significant changes.
