UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. A card must NOT be used for any unlawful purpose including the purchase of goods or services, prohibited by local law applicable in the cardholder’s jurisdiction. Furthermore, the card is not transferable and should be used solely by the cardholder.
UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. Tenant shall not allow the Demised Premises to be used for unlawful purposes, nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in or on the Project. Landlord shall attempt in good faith to prevent any other tenants of the Building from using their respective premises for unlawful purposes or causing, maintaining or permitting any nuisance or waste in or on the Project.

UI will not (a) use or allow the Licensed Premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied for any purpose in violation of Law; or (b) take any action with respect to the Licensed Premises that would interfere with any present and/or future use by CL&P and/or any Person acting for or on behalf of CL&P with respect to the Licensed Premises.

UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. The ISP Services provided by ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to ISPs are subject to the condition that such services are not used for any unlawful purposes.

The parties agree and acknowledge that some or all of the Confidential Information is or may be price-sensitive information and that use of such information may be regulated or prohibited by applicable legislation relating to insider dealing. Tenant will, at its own expense, promptly comply with all lawful statutes, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations, and requirements (including any and all zoning matters relating to the Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises) of the federal, state, county or municipal governments now in force or hereafter enacted insofar as the conduct of its business in the Leased Premises shall pertain to the same and with all recommendations of the Association of Fire Underwriters of the State of Maryland with respect to the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Tenant agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its operations at the Leased Premises do not adversely affect any efforts by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to obtain or maintain the accreditation of the Leased Premises for any so- called “green initiative” such as LEED certification (including, without limitation, compliance with any commercially reasonable recycling plan instituted by Landlord at the Leased Premises); provided that Landlord provides Tenant with at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any such “green initiative” obtained or then being pursued by Landlord. Any future plan for such accreditation may be appended to and become a part of the Rules and Regulations attached hereto as EXHIBIT G, and may result in a modification to any applicable Landlord cleaning schedule.
